TeachMeet Orlando 2009

Saturday 14th March 2009 7.30-9.30pm EDT

@ASCD Conference, Orlando, FL.  Venue tbc

What is TeachMeet?

Share effective, exciting and innovative uses technology in schools in an informal environment. If you come for the evening, you can either present, or just listen to inspiring presentations on ICT in schools. People attending previous TeachMeets have found them to be inspirational and a great form of professional development.

'What can you do?'

You can come along to linger, loiter, contribute, chat, meet new people, or 'give a seven minute talk' or a 'two minute (nano) presentation'.

Rules for the talk:

  • It's only two/seven minutes long
  • Your setup is part of the seven minutes
  • No slideshows
  • No selling of products/services
  • Your talk must relate to classroom/learning experiences.

As with all Teachmeets, we are dependant on our sponsors for all costs. Please contact David if you can help.
