Did you miss the event?

You can catch up with the events of the evening by watching the recorded live stream in 3 parts:

Part 1Part 2, and Part 3

We also recorded the #tmsea10 'tweets' about the evening via Twapper Keeper. This lets you view the online disucssion (thanks to @don_iain for that)

Finally, the discussions shouldn't stop just because the event has happened.  You can still contribute to the conversation via twitter or the collaborative document of presentation summaries, where you can also get information about the things you saw on the night.

TeachMeet Student Edition: Aberdeen is a TeachMeet specifically designed for student teachers and teachers in their probationary year. This is an informal gathering of those who want to share cool ideas they have tried in their classrooms.

You can come along to chat, watch, listen or even give a seven or two minute presentation

(n.b. you don't need to be a Probationer or student to present!)

Everyone's welcome to join us for TeachEat afterwards.

It doesn't matter how you present - with or without ICT.

Learning conversations

Not everyone gets, or wants, to present, which means you could sit through the entire thing without saying a word - that's not exactly the best way to learn! Recent unconferences, including LeadMeet09 and the education2020 unconference, have included time for small group discussion. How about every 3 presentations then 10 minutes for informal group conversations?

Possible conversation topics - please add ideas to this list:

  1. Curriculum for Excellence - what's best about it, what's worst about it?
  2. Two stars and a wish for Scottish Education.
  3. What will the schools of the future look like?

Watch online (if you can't make it in person)

If you can't make it in person, we will be streaming the evening live.  You can watch proceedings at http://bit.ly/tmsea10live
