Using Digital Media in the Classroom

All are welcome to this Teach Meet led by Into Film, a film education charity free to state funded schools.  Come along to have an informal enjoyable debate about the use of media in the classroom and learn more about our CPD programme, which emphasises film as a teaching tool to encourage deep and active learning.

Primarily it is an informal and enjoyable gathering of those curious about teaching and learning. Anyone can share great ideas they've trialled in their classrooms across the key stages, ask questions or simply turn up to soak up all the great ideas and enthusiasm.

The main part of TeachMeet is hearing stories about learning, from teachers and other education professionals. This is a chance for education professionals to hear ideas from each other, a chance to hear real narratives of practice that makes a difference. It is about being engaged and inspired by our immediate colleagues and gaining a whole bucket load of networking to boot!  

We are looking for contributors who would like to do a 2 or 5 minute presentation, showcasing how they use digital media in the classroom. If you would like to present please sign up below in the appropriate slot. You are also welcome to attend as a spectator, please also sign up below.
