WHAT?

 

Inspired by the Pedagoo Fringe, at the heart of this event is a desire to spread positivity about our profession. We want to enable the collaboration of awesome teachers and a sharing of great practice that can enhance learning experiences for everyone involved.

 

The day is split in two:

 

The Day workshop/seminars TeachMeet

 

We'll gather at noon for coffee, nibbles and hellos.

Then after a short but punchy keynote to open the festivities, 4 slots of workshops/seminars will start.

You will be able to sign up to four of the awesome presenters and take away great pedagogical ideas from great educators.

 

The format will depend on the session but will be very relaxed and include discussion time - we want to make sure that reflection and collaboration can flourish.

After a short break to allow you to go for a drink or a meal, we will be meeting up again downstairs at The Green Man to enjoy a laid back, traditional TeachMeet. There we invite you to share your classroom experiences with us (in the form of 7min or 3 min presentations) - or just sit back and soak in some more ideas from others - and have a drink and nibbles!
