What is TeachMeet Soton?
TeachMeet Soton, taking on board the philopsophy of TeachMeet Bristol, is a bit of a reboot to TeachMeets. There will be no technology to use on the night. There will be no projector. There will be no laptop. There might be wi-fi. There will be sharing of great ideas you can use in your classroom the next day that are tried and tested by the teachers who are brave enough to share them with the audience. Be amazed. Be enthused. Meet some great teachers. Share in some great practice. Make some new contacts. 5.30-7.30
It's just all about learning and sharing great ideas.
Please sign up below if you would like to present. In traditional TeachMeet style presenters will be asked to present at random (not using technology but names pulled from a hat). If you go on too long, please expect a soft toy to be thrown in your general direction. Don't embarrass anyone by going on too long. Others will want to present too and you'll be eating in to their time. We have a 2 hour window and that is all - if we run out of time you will unfortunately not be able to present. On the plus side, you won't have spent hours slaving over a PowerPoint presentation.
