Great shot tweeted by Repa Begum @rbegum2013:
What is a TeachMeet?
A TeachMeet is an informal gathering of like-minded teachers coming together to present to and learn from each other. Anyone can share great ideas they've trialled in their classrooms, a teaching resource they love, a great website or app, a classroom activity - whatever you like! You can ask questions or simply turn up to soak up all the great ideas and enthusiasm. TeachMeet events are free, open to all and refreshments and snacks are provided. We are especially keen to welcome colleagues from FE and Sixth Form Colleges but everyone is welcome.
How can I get involved?
You can give a two-minute or seven-minute presentation on one of your favourite teaching ideas or any other aspect of teaching and learning. If you don't want to present, you can just sign up to be a member of the audience if you like.
