ASE Science TeachMeet

5.30pm - 7.00pm Thursday 8th October 2015

Bradfield College RG7 6AU (near Reading)

Sign in at school reception and then make your way to the Blackburn Science  Centre

http://www.bradfieldcollege.org.uk/Location-Map

Following on from the hugely successful and very well-attended ASE Science TeachMeet held last year at Bradfield College, this is another informal gathering of geeks who teach science and technology. Anyone can share great ideas they've trialled in their classrooms, ask important questions or simply sign up to take part in the round table workshops. Everyone is welcome to join in: teachers from all types of schools, teaching all subjects and age groups. This is a chance for science teachers to hear ideas from each other and be inspired by colleagues, along with a whole bucket load of networking to boot!

What can you do?

You can just come along and be a member of the audience if you like, you can give a two minute nano-presentation on one of your favourite science teaching ideas, or you can give a seven minute micro-presentation on an aspect of classroom science teaching. You don't have to be an ASE member, but if you're not, we might try to persuade you to join!

Telling Others

Please tell other science teachers about the event. If you've been to a TeachMeet before, aim to bring along someone who hasn't.
